1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing our application "mBuddy" and "mBuddie", you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

4. USER REGISTRATION

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

6. AI COMPANION USAGE

Our service provides AI-driven companion interactions. You understand that these interactions are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You agree not to use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.

8. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND OUR SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may also terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. DATA DELETION

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly within the Application settings. This action will permanently remove your access to the account. For complete removal of all associated data from our servers, or if you are unable to access the Application, you may submit a request to privacy@mBuddy.com.
